Andrew D. Scarffe (he/him) earned his PhD in Management (Healthcare Management) from the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa. He also has earned his MBA and MSc. His research interests revolve around decision sciences with applications to: health systems management, risk perception and decision-making. Dr. Scarffe currently works in management consulting in the health and life science sector.
